Acceptable Use Policy
Última actualización: October 2026
AI Videographer builds a brief AI video from one photo plus a short text prompt. This page lists creations that are off limits, how reviews work, how to flag misuse, and the steps we take when rules are ignored. It covers photos you send, prompts you type, and clips the product produces. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. Prohibited content
Do not use AI Videographer to make, upload or distribute:
- Pornography and sexual content (NSFW): nude imagery, sex acts, erotic poses, stripping someone, or any other sexually explicit material.
- Violence and gore: extreme violence, blood, wounds, torture, killing, corpses, plus material that praises or pushes self-harm.
- Hate speech: material that insults or targets people over ancestry, faith, citizenship, sex, who they love, disability or similar traits, plus hate emblems and extremist propaganda.
- Child-unsafe content: any sexual or sexualised material with minors (CSAM) is banned outright and reported to authorities. Images of children are allowed only for ordinary family scenes.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: clips starring famous faces, elected officials or other well-known people, and clips of any living person who did not consent. Do not invent speech or actions for a real person, and do not use a clip to trick, smear or harass anyone.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: images you neither own nor have leave to use, plus material that copies protected characters, brands or marks so as to violate someone else's rights.
These are also banned:
- Passing an AI clip off as genuine footage of a real event, or as hand-made by a person, in order to mislead viewers.
- False claims, scams, spam or misleading ads.
- Anything unlawful under rules that bind you or us, including material that invades privacy or personality rights.
- Dodging our safety filters, for example with coded wording, many retries on lightly edited photos, or bot-driven traffic.
2. How we check content
Several layers run before a clip is shown to you:
- Description check (before creation): your prompt is matched against a blocklist spanning five languages (EN, DE, ES, IT, RU) that covers sex, violence, hate and deepfakes. We refresh that list often. Blocked prompts never reach the video model.
- Photo check (before creation): each upload is scored via Google Gemini for nude or erotic imagery, violence, hate emblems and known public faces. If Gemini is down, OpenAI's moderation endpoint covers nude or erotic imagery and violence instead. A rejected photo spends no credits.
- Video check (after creation, before display):each finished clip is scored a second time for erotic imagery, violence and hate. A failing clip is deleted, kept from your screen, and any credits spent are restored.
- Model safety filters: Seedance 1.5 Pro, the video model we call, applies its own filters and declines requests that break its rules.
- Records: we keep a log of blocked attempts (time, stage and reason, never the photo itself) so we can audit calls, spot serial abuse and tighten filters.
- Human review: user reports and accounts with many blocked attempts are looked at by a person.
Filters can err. If a safe photo was refused, tell us at support@aivideographer.net.
3. Reporting abuse
When you find AI Videographer output that breaks this policy, or a clip that uses your likeness without consent, email support@aivideographer.net with the subject "Report". Add a link or a short summary of the material and, when it involves you, how we can confirm that. Reporter identities stay private. Knowingly false reports are not welcome.
Timing:
- Child safety and other severe cases: we respond within 24 hours and pass criminal material to the authorities.
- Deepfakes, impersonation and rights claims: first reply within 2 business days.
- All other reports: first reply within 5 business days.
4. Outcomes when someone breaks the rules
- Blocked request: the photo, prompt or clip is refused; nothing is built or shown.
- Warning: on a first light breach we may email you.
- Restriction or suspension: after repeated tries to produce banned material we may pause the account or free access from the same device or network for a while.
- Permanent ban: severe breaches, especially anything involving minors or sexual content without consent, end in immediate and final account closure. Credits already spent are not returned.
- Legal action: we hand illegal material to the authorities and assist investigations.
5. Appeals
If you believe a restriction or closure was wrong, email support@aivideographer.net with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. We re-check the call and answer within 10 business days.
6. Changes and contact
We revise this policy when the product or the law shifts. The text on this page is the current one. Questions: support@aivideographer.net.
