Counts are based on HD 720p videos of 8 seconds (80 credits each) and Seedance 2.0 Fast 480p videos of 5 seconds with sound (120 credits each). AI effects and other models use a different number of credits. Mix any way you like: the exact cost of every video is shown before you create it.

Questions about credits
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. When you make a video, the credits that expire first are used first.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
What if a video fails?
Credits are only taken when a video starts. If the AI fails or a photo is rejected, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
Do I still get free videos?
Yes. Everyone gets 1 free video at 480p with no sign-up, and a free account adds 1 more. Free videos are a preview to watch on the page; to download a video, make it with credits. Some effects are credits only and have no free videos; their pages say so.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Waffo, our merchant of record, which also handles invoices and sales tax. You can pay by card and, depending on your country, with local payment methods. We never see your card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@aivideographer.net with the email address of your account.
