Quick answers first

• A video failed or timed out? The credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to write to us.
• Free use includes 1 video without an account. This is a one-time allowance, not a daily one. Create a free account to get 1 more free video.
• Credits you bought are valid for 12 months, and there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

What to include in your email

A few details help us find the problem on the first reply:

• The email address of your AI Videographer account, if you have one
• Which page or effect you used and roughly when (date and time)
• The error message you saw, ideally as a screenshot
• For payment questions: the date of purchase and the pack you bought

Never send us your password or full card number. We will never ask for them.

Data requests and reports

• To delete your account or get a copy of your data, write to us from the email address of your account so we can confirm it is you.
• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours, so in most cases there is nothing left to remove.
• To report a video or misuse of the service, include the link or a screenshot and a short description of the problem.
